Q: How are you supposed to attach the lanyard? There are no instructions.

A: Detach the two clip connectors at the ends of the lanyard. Thread the thin loops through the holes at the ends of the blue pouch closure. Loop back through to secure and then reattach to the main lanyard. Easy-peasy.

A: According to the Apple web site, the iPhone 14 Pro Max is 6.33 inches long and 3.05 inches wide. The pouch is big enough for it to fit inside it.

So it kept my phone dry, which I suppose is the bare minimum. I bought it only to go snorkeling and take pictures of the sea life. However, it wouldn’t allow my phone to detect any of my attempts to touch buttons, so I couldn’t capture any pictures. While it wouldn’t allow my touch to be acknowledged, air bubbles and water kept causing my password to be “typed” when the phone was locked. By the time I was done snorkeling, I was locked out of my phone for over 4 hours. So I guess if you want to keep your phone dry, and that’s all, then this is a fine product.

Thank you for your comments. We do not dispute your experience and had passed this along to product development. They have not been able to replicate such. We might suggest that you assure that you have pushed out as much air in the pouch before you close it, this will provide less separation between your finger and the phone screen.

I was hesitant to buy after reading some other poor reviews, but like most items I shop for online there are usually more good than bad. So I bought this anyway since I had a trip the next day I needed a waterproof pouch for and it was available for in-store pick up close by. It is of poor quality. The side completely ripped when I opened it up to take my phone out of the pouch the first time I used it.

The second I opened it one of the end ties broke, I thought well I can try & tie it & push through but then when I got in the water, I had water coming into the bag. It was properly sealed the entire time & I was only floating around a lazy River. I can’t imagine that this would hold up for water slides or more rigorous activities. I lost my seawag after 7 years & this was more convenient to pick up but it’s safe to say I’ll go back to my seawag.

Hey All, Haven't used this pouch in water, but it holds my press pass nicely and it works great in the rain. U can seal the pouch so your stuff does get wet.

Lost my phone in Turks & Caicos while snorkeling

The strap came undone (stitching defect) and I lost my phone why snorkeling on vacation. An 8 year old snorkeler searched for it, spotted it and a man dove down and retrieved it. This should not happen by any means. Sure my phone was dry but the strap should never have separated from the case. I was floating in the coral reef in shock that my phone was lost. Thanks to diligent strangers it was found. I wouldn’t buy this.

I used it in the ocean for snorkeling and it kept my phone dry. Sometimes it will affect how the camera focuses though, which can get annoying. I would still recommend it though.

I like that will keep water out for sure. I didn’t like that is not that easy once you are in the water to record a video or use your cellphone as you do without the cover. Actually any footage was lifting the phone out of the water then trying to use video from there up in the air then start snorkeling with both hands on the phone because you don’t want the phone to drop to the bottom since is nothing holding the phone but your hands. If you are snorkeling on the deep waters I would not recommend it.

I bought this in-store about 4 years ago and it’s held up so well. I’m guessing those complaining about leaks are getting defects and/or are getting a new less quality version which is unfortunate. I also saw a complaint about it not being ocean proof and having a dirty film over it. Of course using it will get it dirty. Cleaning it after you use it will fix that. I like to take some alcohol in a spray bottle, spray the inside and let it soak for a minute while I spray the outside and rub it clean with a microfiber towel. It always looks brand new after I’ve cleaned it. Even after I clean it and stuck my hand/other tools to clean the very bottom, mine hasn’t torn. I’ve used this in lakes, oceans, and pools and it’s held up well! I love it so much and when you take pictures/videos, you wouldn’t even realize I took it with a pouch. You can even hear audio in video recordings. The only complaint I have is that it’s hard to navigate your phone while using it but I didn’t take a star off because I think that’s a given for any waterproof case or pouch.

30 minutes into use the bottom peeled open and broke my iPhone at the water park. Almost lost my ID and money. Nightmare. Back up your pics before it’s too late. This things is garbage.
