We can only offer a protection plan for an item within 30 days of its purchase date. The 30 day mark is a firm deadline because of our contract with our insurer. A: Hello Val, There are 2 ways that you can go about getting a copy of your protection plan! First you can go to our website at www.squaretrade.com and register your plan. Once you are registered you can than download a copy of your warranty right on to your device. The other way to get a copy of your warranty is to call us at 877-927-7268 and follow the prompts for the type of device you have purchased. You can then speak with a Specialist who can send you a copy of your warranty to a e-mail that you will have to provide! Thanks, YS

Easily the worst experience I have EVER had with Target! Hours spent on calls for a resolution that still has not been met. Passing the buck and leaving me to fend for myself is not customer service. Not the experience I have received nor review I have ever left.
They will break your item if it can't be fixed so they don't have to pay a claim

DO NOT BUY THESE PROTECTION PLANS!!! Had an LG Monitor that had issues that a lot of people were having. For the first time I actually got to use my protection plan I purchased only to have my monitors screen broken in shipping and then to have Allstate's Protection plan Squaretrade tell me that my monitor was apparently damaged and the claim was denied. I reached out to them via their online chat and was told on Friday I would get an answer on Monday. No answer. Talked to chat again. Was told 24 hours. No answer. Was told 4-5 hours. No answer. Was told another 24 hours. Finally get an answer and it's the same thing. Your monitor came to us broken your claim is denied. THEY set up the shipping. ITS THEIR ACCOUNT and their telling me to reach out to FedEx after stringing me along for days!!!

I do not recommend this insurance because they are not responsible for the insured products. I have been making a claim for the vacuum cleaner I bought for 1 year and after a few months I stopped vacuuming

My claim was resolved within one day! I even uploaded the incorrect receipt and was quickly notified by SquareTrade of the issue. Once I corrected my error later the same day, my claim was completed by early the next morning. I'm impressed!

I was impressed on how fast it arrived at my house and so excited that I open it right away. I noticed it had a few scratches, dent and even a crack inside the door. I was hoping for it to be in mints condition but that wasn’t the case here. Besides that, it looked clean and nearly brand new. Also it sound quite.

I was very impressed by the affordability of this protection service. They are quick and always willing toanswer your questions. They kept me updated on the whole process while my speaker was being fixed. Will definitely use them to protect other electronics.

I definitely would recommend this vacuum. It is a little heavier than my other one but it is easy to move around. I love all the different things it has to offer. The only thing I don't like is I though it had a height adjustment. Can't figure out why it wouldn't

My experiences with square trade started out pretty well, the telephone staff was extremely helpful and polite and they processed my claim rapidly. I had to send the item back twice but each time the staff person was very patient and helped me very quickly. When after the two tries the item was deemed 'unfixable' Square trade came thru and sent me a check for the cost of the item.
