Really love the ottoman only small complaint is that a view parts of the wood when flipping the top to show the table had a few chipped pieces.

Vegan Leather is a PU fabric, normally there should not be any odour,, but like a new car, at times there can be that "new" vegan leather smell, which dissipates after a short while. Glad to hear that you are loving the product and it serves a great function for you. That was our goal.
Vinyl isn't smooth on one section

This is very functional since there are 3 sections that flip to serve as a hard surface. You can use one section with the vinyl side up as a foot rest and another section with the tray side up as a place to put your drink. Not 5 stars because there are diagonal creases in the vinyl on one of the sections. It is too heavy for me to return, so I'll just have to live with it. There is no way to minimize the look of the creases.

I wanted to love this item but it came dirty and with only 3 holes for four legs. I had to drill a hole for the fourth leg and clean the ottoman before I could use it. The delivery was such a hassle that I didn't bother to return it.

I really love this ottoman but the trays all arrived scratched on the inside and outside . Very disappointing. I decided to keep it because I had already taken it upstairs and didn't want to be bothered with dragging it down. I will just have to paint over them which is annoying. Especially with the cost of this item. Nevertheless it looks great with the trays facing up.

Had this item for some months now and just noticed it's sort of warped in the middle. I was wondering why the middle section piece kept sinking down compared to the other 2. Then i realized it's because the middle part sticks out more so the the top can't lay flat. There hasn't been anything heavy on top so it may of been shipped that way and over time it's just gotten worse. I guess the sturdiness of the material isn't the greatest.

This thing looked fine when it arrived, but is very poorly constructed. Despite being an "Ottoman" with padded seat cushions, it's completely incapable of handling use as such. I'd been using this for several weeks, then recently sat down on it to tie my shoes and the rail holding the seat cushions collapsed in. They look like they were were only connected with upholstery staples. I went back and dug into the fine-print product spec page and discovered it's only rated for 150lbs--about 20% less than the average adult weighs. This case it looks like a duck, quacks like a duck, but is actually junk. Can't believe Target wouldn't call out this obviously in description as to all appearance it's supposed to be a seating bench/storage.

the 3 seats come off to reveal a good size space for store extrax bedding or pillows or whatever. My house is small so every piece of furniture has to do double duty. This one does 3. You can sit on it, store items in it and it is a coffe table too. The seat cushions flip over to reveal tray to hold your tv snacks or your favorite beverage. The fabric is very nice looking too. The item looks more expensive tahn the amount I paid. I am very happy with my purchase,.

I Ordered the faux leather cream And I recurved the cloth covered natural linen instead.
The worst part is that I cannot return it to the store because the return center is closed in the store because of the covid 19 Virus. I reordered it again and I’m hoping I get the right item in the right color. Otherwise I think it’s a great product, I just am unhappy with the shipping dept. and the inconvenience returning it.
