I have used this product for several years. Up until now, I loved it! Went to the store to purchase more. and to my dismay, found that the base\cap had been changed. It no longer stands up in the shower caddy due to the cap being smaller, It is now top heavy! It also smells terrible! I loved the smell before, now it is a strong perfumy smell. Very disappointed!

I have used this shampoo for years. It was Absolutely the best over many store and salon brands i purchased. Why the change? Now the scent is over powering. Smells like cologne. I can barely stand it shampooing my hair. I have used my new bottle 3 times. From the first wash I noticed it's considerably dry, even after using the power restore as I always do. Why change a product that worked so well? Will not use anymore, hopefully they haven't changed the entire collection. Purchased the dream lengths, hoping I like it. If not... bye elvive!

I have used your products for years and loved them. But I prefer to smell clean not like I’m using a heavily scented masking coverup spray. I REALLY don’t like the repairing conditioner I used for the first time this morning. My soap, Caress, did the same thing and I’m donating my purchase to charity, never to buy again.

I have been using this shampoo for about 15 years. It works really well. Unfortunately, the last bottle that I bought has a new fragrance. I have a very sensitive nose, and I do not like its new scent. Therefore, I will need to find a new product.

New scent is horrible! Bad perfume smell. I had to return this. I’ve used this shampoo and conditioner for YEARS and it was my favorite. Now I am genuinely upset that they changed the formula. Please go back to the original!!! I see I am not the only one who thinks this either.

I’ve used this happily for years and years. I just bought a new bottle of both shampoo and conditioner and the conditioner now smells so strong and terrible and very masculine. I hate it. I’m very disappointed and now will be looking for a new every day shampoo and conditioner.

My hair was more dry than normal while using this product and it's line. I did like the leave in conditioner and mask ok but the shampoo/conditioner did nothing for my hair.

It doesn’t say with protein on the front anymore, the smell is strong, and it made my hair feel super dry. Please go back to the old formula. The ingredient list is different or not in the same order anymore either after comparing my old and new bottle.

I have used this shampoo for a few years now. Just purchased one of the new redesigned bottles and the smell is terrible. Not sure whether something went wrong during production or what, but it has a very pungent chemical smell. Had to grab another shampoo to wash the chemical smell out after using it. Please bring the old scent back.
